episode 9-the things book chicks fight about

heya guys!

this week's episode starts with the news as usual... with a brief interlude about emily's body hair.
then proceeds to cover the usefulness of pinterest before diving into a tailspin of a bunny trail concerning the words "genre" and "YA"

WARNING!
there may be an inappropriate amount of passion concerning the silly topic, and the decibel of the conversation increases...ummm... a bit.

Here's the thing, though. I still don't think the argument is between category and genre. It can't be when "category" is in the definition of genre.

You can not win!!! :P

GENRE is a specific term underneath the umbrella term of category. you can categorize many things that you don't file under genre, such as pov... think of scientific classification. not everything comes down to species.

I have been behind on the podcast but trying to catch up. This was my favorite so far. I actually laughed out loud during your argument. I love it!
